The SMB BOSS is a financial intelligence platform for owner-led service businesses. It connects to QuickBooks Online via authorized API access to provide business dashboards, cash flow forecasting, and AI-powered financial analysis. The platform is provided as a subscription service.
You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business entity to use The SMB BOSS. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
To use the full features of The SMB BOSS, you will authorize the platform to access your QuickBooks Online account using Intuit's OAuth 2.0 framework. By authorizing this connection, you grant us permission to retrieve financial data from your QuickBooks account as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your QuickBooks Online account settings or by contacting us at support@thesmbboss.com.
The SMB BOSS provides financial data visualization, analysis, and AI-generated insights for informational and planning purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes professional financial advice, accounting advice, legal advice, investment advice, or tax advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial, business, legal, or tax decisions. The Company is not a registered investment advisor, CPA, or attorney.
AI-generated analysis and recommendations produced by The SMB BOSS are based on data you provide and algorithmic analysis. They may contain errors or omissions. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on information provided by the platform.

The SMB BOSS is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing details are provided at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund policies are described in your subscription agreement.
The SMB BOSS platform, including its design, software, content, and AI models, is the property of SMB Strategy Consultants LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business purposes. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the platform.
Your financial data and business information remain your property at all times. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to deliver the services described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMB Strategy Consultants LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including any errors in AI-generated analysis, data inaccuracies, or business decisions made based on platform outputs. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The SMB BOSS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated analysis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [State].
